Yoga Teacher

Feeling like the pain she had because of fibromyalgia was misunderstood, but very determined to get better, Jessica Roy tested every possible treatment, approach and diet, without much success. This was before she started yoga in 2008. Over the year, yoga brought relief, self-confidence, strength and flexibility to Jessica. After completing many training courses with world-class teachers, she founded Yoga pour la fibromyalgie in 2016, a platform entirely dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga with the French-speaking fibromyalgia community.

Jessica will teach different stretching exercises to relief chronic pain, and the basics of an accessible and effective meditation technique that will help you relax and get to sleep in a few minutes. Everyone can participate in this workshop, no matter their degree of mobility.
